Scientists horrified by Bush's Bad Science
Bush's endangered species policies resemble those of a nineteenth-century fur trader and other quotes indicative of the Bush administration's approach to how science should be used. What previously was a group of 62 scientists fixing their names to a complaint has swelled to over 4,000.
While 48 Nobel laureates, 62 National Medal of Science recipients, and 127 members of the National Academy of Sciences probably means nothing to our administration, with a bit of luck it will mean something to the general populace.
