Hydrogen vs. Gasoline: why it doesn't work.
Here's a fantastically informative PDF, whose find came out of a conversation between Sauntering and myself over the 'hydrogen economy' that the Bushites keep propounding, and why it simply doesn't make sense, relative to something like biodiesel. It also does a nice job of bashing solar panels, which was something of a depressing eye-opener for me. Energy Fundamentals. Unfortunately, it doesn't talk specifically to biodiesel, but it gives a good presentation on why so many of the current energy crisis-solving ideas are bad. It's rather dense, but is full of good, real science. Read the whole thing; it's not terribly well organized.
