VOTE or NOT?

As Garth first blogged, these guys decided that a possible way to encourage people to vote would be to add an element of lottery to the thing. One randomly selected person will win $100,000 as it currently stands. They can't prove whether or not someone voted, but they can prove that you're registered, so one person who's registered to vote can win mad cash!
Who knows it it'll do much, but maybe it'll encourage a few more people to vote, which can't hurt.
